BetterNotif is a Mac application that provides enhanced notifications for business metrics through integration with third-party services. The current desktop integration path processes provider data locally on your device. If server-side sync is introduced for a provider, it will be offered as an explicit opt-in migration.
3. User Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to use BetterNotif. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. Payment and License
BetterNotif is available as a one-time purchase with one year of updates included. After purchase, you will receive a license to use the software. The license includes access to all updates released within one year from the purchase date.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 3-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with BetterNotif, you may request a refund within 3 days of your purchase.
6. Third-Party Services
BetterNotif integrates with third-party services (such as Stripe) through API keys that you provide. In the current desktop setup, those user-provided provider credentials are stored locally on your device. Server-side provider sync, if introduced, will require explicit opt-in and encrypted credential storage.

8. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue BetterNotif at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
